Chef Nicky began his culinary journey in Malaysia, where evenings spent beside his mother preparing dishes such as braised duck or fried chicken sparked his passion for the subtle art of spices and technique. With fourteen years at Hakkasan, from Abu Dhabi to Riyadh, he now hones his expertise leading the kitchens of Hakkasan at Mandarin Oriental, Istanbul and Bodrum, combining innovation with respect for tradition.
To celebrate, Chef Nicky will take the reins of Ling Ling by Hakkasan Marrakech as part of the Chefs’ Series.
Nestled among olive groves and shimmering pools, Ling Ling offers contemporary Cantonese sharing plates, exceptional cocktails and a vibrant musical atmosphere.
