Join Claire for a two-hour immersive experience that blends yoga, art, and meditation as pathways to presence, creativity, and self-expression. We’ll explore the meditative practice of mandalas, both drawn on the page and expressed through the body. Mandalas, meaning “circle” in Sanskrit, have long been used as tools for reflection, healing, and connection to the present moment.Claire brings a unique perspective from her studies in abstract drawing at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, woven with her deep connection to yoga as a meditative, expressive practice. Over time, she’s discovered how both movement and mark-making share a rhythmic flow that quiets the mind and reveals what lives beneath the surface.
What you'll experience:
A playful, circular yoga flow sequence inviting you to embody patterns of symmetry, balance, and repetition.
Guided meditation and journaling to center the mind and settle the nervous system
A mindful art practice, creating hand-drawn mandalas that reflect your unique inner landscape
Space to reflect and share insights from the practice
There’s no right way to move or draw in this space. Just honest, creative expression and an invitation to soften the inner critic.
No prior art or yoga experience is required, just curiosity and openness. All materials will be provided.
