In Honor of the Ancestors that have come before us, in honor of Hoodoo Heritage Month and in honor of the African Diaspora, African Traditional Religion & Practices, we are bringing a empowering, educational and elevating experience to the Kentuckiana area!
Over 6 Workshops, Special Feature Guests, immersive Performances, over 30 vendors and food trucks, participative activities along with a Kids Activities section. This will be a community gathering for all!
The Inaugural Afro Masquerade Ball will be a exclusive ticket only event with only 160 Guests inside the Beautiful Roots 101 African American Museum. Guests will enjoy a beautifully decorated space that will include photo booths, a VIP purple carpet entry, photo booths, live music and DJ with a dance floor, a Delicious catered buffet style small plates selection by a local catering company, silent auction, tours of the museum and of course celebrating love, laughter and life.
