Join us for 4 weeks of line dancing every Wed evening from 6:30 to 8:30pm with experienced, spirited instructor Jamie Mendez! Jamie’s classes are a blend of rhythm, community, and confidence-building. Whether you're a total beginner or easing back into the groove, Jamie creates a welcoming space where everyone can shine. Her are a full-body, soul-lifting, and shifting experience!Jamie teaches at a relaxed pace, making sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. She plays a variety of music, from country to pop, to keep the energy fresh and fun.
If you line dance regularly, you'll experience physical benefits of a cardio workout, improved balance, coordination, and muscle tone. However, these are more than just dance lessons; they’re a chance to meet new people, laugh, and become part of a vibrant local dance tribe. They're also great for stress relief and confidence building.
Classes run Wednesdays 6:30-8:30pm starting 10/8/25 through 10/29/25, $25 per class.
Please wear sneakers or boots only, no open-toed or high-heeled shoes.
