Line dancing is a great way to stay in shape, keep mentally sharp, and meet new friends! The Margaret Hunt Senior Center is offering FREE line dancing lessons every Wednesday at 1pm.Each week, the class learns one new line dance and reviews three from the previous weeks. The last 15-20 minutes of class are for open dancing and practicing the dances we've been learning.
Lessons are taught by Melanie Kempton from LinedUP Line Dancing. The class is geared toward beginners and experienced dancers and is open to anyone aged 55 and up! No registration required, just come and join the fun!
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes that allow you to turn easily on the dance floor.
The Hunt Center has a NEW location at 1339 S. Byrne Road, Suite A in Toledo. The center is located behind Planet Fitness in the Southland Shopping Center. Look for the blue awning above the entrance.
