Class typically begins with Beginner level line dances.
** If it's your first-time to attend a line dancing class at Mission Fitness you'll need to fill out a guest form & waiver (which will be kept on file). Check in at front desk & tell them you're there for line dancing. The class may be either in Studio 1 or the Main Studio.
Line Dancing is a good way to keep active. Come line dance with us and have a great time. Meet some amazing people. The main goal is to have fun.
A line dance is a choreographed dance in which a group of people dance along to a repeating sequence of steps while arranged in one or more lines or rows. Each dance is usually associated with and named for a specific song.
The term "modern line dance" is now used in many line dance clubs around the world to indicate dance styles that combine many genres, including pop, Latin, Irish, big band and country. Participants often wear boots, dance shoes, or a comfortable shoe with a smooth/slick sole.
