What is the TECHNIQUE CLASS?
The Technique Class will focus on the following:
How to learn faster and easier: This focuses on how to execute learning dances and reinforce your memory to help reduce brain fog.
Efficiency and effectiveness in movements: Tips will be given on how to make every movement count and be intentional, and how to take stress off of your joints by using your body effectively.
Musicality and styling: This will teach you to not only hear the music but also feel it, emphasizing the subtle nuances that allow you to develop your own unique style and set your dancing apart from the rest.
