Ensimmäisellä alkeistiivarilla (la 27.9.) opettelemme perusteita hitaampaan musiikkiin ja toisella alkeistiivarilla (su 28.9.) vastaavasti nopeampaan musiikkiin. Kurssit täydentävät toisiaan, joten voit ilmoittautua halutessasi molemmille tai vain toiselle. Näille kursseille et tarvitse lainkaan aikaisempaa tanssikokemusta!
Voit ilmoittautua parin kanssa tai yksin. Kursseille pyritään ottamaan tasaisesti viejiä ja seuraajia. Parinvaihto on vapaaehtoista, mutta suositeltavaa. Voit tanssia sukilla tai ottaa matalapohjaiset luistavat tanssikengät / tennarit mukaan (ei mustia pohjia). Muista myös juomapullo!

This autumn, we are organizing four intensive courses taught by our society's lindy hop experts Marianna, Jasmin and Olli! There will be two beginner courses and two intermediate courses, all held at Bolero dance studio. You can sign up for all of them or just some of them!

Basics – Slow tempo

In the first beginner's course (Sat, Sept. 27), we will learn the basics to slower music, and in the second beginner's course (Sun, Sept. 28), we will learn the basics to faster music. The courses complement each other, so you can sign up for both or just one, as you wish. You don't need any previous dance experience for these courses!
You can register with a partner or alone. We aim to have an equal number of leaders and followers in each course. Partner rotation is voluntary but recommended. You can dance in socks or bring low-heeled dance shoes/trainers that are slippery (no black soles). Don't forget your water bottle!
