Are you ready to Lindy, Hopcats? Have you been swinging all day, but swinging on nothing? Come swing with someone at our practice session. Join us on the lindy playground to make your skills as solid as a rock (of Gibraltar). We offer semi-structured practice sessions for motivated dancers at all levels. Location: Cambridge Community Center for the Arts (CCCA, near Kendall Square), 41 Second St., East Cambridge, MA 02141
Rate: $5 (up to $10 donation). Pay after the event with cash or Venmo.
This is a practice session for all levels. Beginners are welcome! Partners are not required.
We will start with a group warm up and exercise, then we will trickle into free practice, where you can practice anything you would like. After the practice, we head to CambridgeSide for coffee, food, boba tea, etc., and who knows, you might catch a glimpse of the infamous Cowboy Charleston.
