10.5 hours of course time (7 hours of class, 3.5 hours of guided practice).

Prerequisite: No prior experience or partner needed. Absolute beginners are welcome.
Each week of the course has a one hour class, plus 30 minutes of guided practice. Dina and Aleks will be there for the guided practice to help you.
