Interested in dance? Ready to jump in and learn a new hobby in 2026? Lindy Hop 1 is focused on the fundamentals of swing dancing and is meant for beginners! It will build and refine your confidence on the dance floor while social swing dancing. In this series we will cover the following:
- Six count basic
- Triple steps
- Tone, connection, & pulse
- Tuck turn & inside turn
- Pass by with collection
- Eight count basic
- The Swing out
- Lindy circle (eight count circle)
Advanced registration preferred through linked form under "tickets" to ensure we have a balanced classroom. This is a sliding scale series, $20-60/person for 4 weeks of instruction.
6:50pm - Doors open/warm-up time
7:00pm - Lesson starts
8-8:30pm - Dedicated practice time with class peers & teachers available to assist/troubleshoot as needed.
