•Paper copy entries to be made using 4 digit numbers. Division number & the class number.

RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Heavy Horse Show will be held Saturday, September 13 and Sunday, September 14, 2025.
2. All classes are limited to 2 entries per exhibitor unless otherwise stated. All exhibits must be owned and registered in the name of the exhibitor unless otherwise stated. No animal may show in more than one line class, except for group classes.
3. Exhibitors will receive Admission Passes to the email that is listed on the entry form. Exhibitor admission passes will be allocated based on the number of livestock entered.
4. ENTRY FORMS: Only entries with ENTRY fees and ADMINISTRATION fees enclosed will be processed. Entry forms arriving with post-dated cheques or with no fees enclosed will be charged as late entries.
5. All entry fees at this show are charged in advance and must be paid at the time of making entries. No percentage will be deducted from prize winnings.
6. Insurance information required on entry forms.
