A sonic tapestry of lilting melodies, poetic lyricism, and organic percussive textures, the record is a mesmerizing fusion of eerie beauty. Produced by acclaimed Austin-based percussionist Mike Meadows known for his work with Willie Nelson, Hayes Carll, and Shawn Colvin, the album pushes the boundaries of traditional roots music, embracing a haunting, atmospheric quality that is distinctly Ortega's own.
