About this Event
Join me for a shamanic tea meditation with Linden. We will meet at the lovely Sanctuary in Dublin - a serene getaway right in the middle of the city. I will lead us through a meditation with the tea, using my drum to guide us through a journey to meet the energy of Linden.
Linden is a beautiful tree that grows here in Ireland, the flowers a favorite to bees. The tea is calming and sweet. Robin Rose Bennett says of Linden “Dance into other dimensions and other worlds, protective, comforting, and magical guide through times of grief.”
After our meditation, we will have time for shares & reflections. You will then learn about the medicinal properties of this special tree.

There are mats and cushions available there. I will provide tea & mugs. Feel free to bring a journal and a pen.
