South Lincolnshire’s Strongest 2024, hosted by Royals Gym. Taking place at the Holbeach Food Festival, Sunday 1st September 2024, which will boast a good crowd on the day.
Head referee will be World Strongman Games athlete Craig Candler.
Athletes are asked to arrive at 0900hrs to begin registration and warm up with an aim to begin 1000hrs.
Trophies for top 3 in each category.
£30 entry fee using PayPal (friends & family only) [email protected]. Please state which competition you are entering, athlete class and T-shirt size.
Please include in the notes anything about yourself eg age, sporting history, occupation etc. Info to be used by MC to give background on athletes during events.
Spectators welcome, there will be lots to see and do at the festival.

Women, Beginners Men, Novice Men, Intermediate Men
Beginners category is for athletes who are first timers or who are not ready to jump to the Novice category.
Events...
Axel Press - Head to Head. Athletes will have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible from the shoulder position. Athlete can drop and reset the bar if required.
Women - 60kg
Beginners Men - 80kg
Novice Men - 100kg
Inters Men - 120kg
Power Stairs - Head to Head. Athletes will have 90 seconds to carry 3 weights from the bottom of the stairs to the top. Each weight getting progressively heavier. 450mm step.
Women - 50kg, 60kg, 70kg
Beginners Men - 80kg, 100kg, 120kg
Novice Men - 100kg, 120kg, 140kg
Inters Men - 120kg, 140kg, 160kg
Head to Head Deadlift ladder - 5 pre loaded bars.
Athlete will have 60 seconds to complete as many lifts as possible within the timeframe. Straps allowed. Bar cannot be dropped.
Women - 100, 120, 140, 150, 160
Beginners Men - 150, 170, 190, 200, 210
Novice Men - 180, 200, 220, 230, 250
Inters Men - 200, 220, 240, 260, 270
Farmers Walk - Head to Head. Athletes will have 60 seconds to complete the 30m distance. Weight can be dropped and picked back up. No straps. Weights are per hand.
Women - 50kg
Beginners Men - 80kg
Novice Men - 90kg
Inters Men - 110kg
Atlas Stones - Head to head atlas stones on descending platforms, 1.5m - 1.1m. Athletes will have 60seconds to complete as many stones as possible.
Women - 30, 40, 50, 65, 80
Beginners Men - 40, 50, 65, 80, 100
Novice Men - 50, 65, 80, 100, 120
Inters Men - 80, 100, 120, 130, 150
