A BOUT OUR SOMMELIER...
" My name is Anna and I will be your Sommelier for the evening. I wanted to introduce myself ahead of the evening and let you know about my experience…
I started my training in Wine and Spirit whilst I completed my Hotel Management Degree at Wivenhoe House (Part of Edge Hotel School) where I received a distinction in WSET Level 2 in Wine and Spirit.
I then moved on to work at the beautiful Ashford Castle in Ireland as a Junior Sommelier for 2 years during this time I trained and passed my WSET Level 3 award in Wines.
Following this I moved to Oxford where I continued my work as a Sommelier at Le Manoir Aux Quat’ Saisons and trained with the Court of Master Sommeliers.
Now, I am back in Lincoln following my wine passion with local tasting events.
I have such a passion for Wine, and I can’t wait to share this with you – Hope to see you soon "
