Kirtan is the ancient and soul-soothing practice of singing mantras, transcendental sounds —a meditative, musical experience that helps quiet the mind, open the heart, and connect us with something deeper, with our own selves. No experience is needed. Whether you sing, hum, clap, sit, sway, or simply listen… you are part of the vibration.
