Join us for a hands-on, flavorful experience where you'll learn how to create the perfect risotto and master the art of making crispy, golden arancini: two iconic Italian dishes that are easier than you think once you know the tricks!
In this fun, interactive class, we’ll kick things off by making a creamy, aromatic risotto with saffron, lemon, and a generous touch of Parmigiano Reggiano: simple ingredients that pack huge flavor. Don’t worry, we’ll break down the technique step by step, so you’ll feel like a pro by the end of the class! Risotto isn’t scary…it’s all about understanding a few key concepts and embracing the process.
While our risotto simmers away, you'll get hands-on with making arancini: those beautiful, golden-fried rice balls filled with oozy, fresh imported cheeses. Everyone will make their own arancini, and yes, you get to take them home to enjoy later!
