We are making our own Limoncello. Join us on Saturday August 31st at 10 am as we make our own Limoncello. We will be utilizing Robert's recipe that he brought back from a vineyard owner in Taormina, Sicily. The process takes about 90 days to complete, and you will be taking a sample home to finish the process. This will also give you time to make the limoncello for Christmas presents.
All supplies will be supplied and at the end making Limoncello, we will be tasting the quintessential Italian aperitif. You will take home 8 ounces that will be turned into about 16 ounces of limoncello along with the recipe. This equates to about 16 servings as 1 ounce is the typical serving.
Join us for Brunch after the class. We open for brunch at 10am with great brunch cocktails, mimosas, bellinis, and flights.
