About this Event
In this demonstration class, instructor Julie Parisi will lead attendees through several recipes using citrus fruits. We will prepare blood orange marmellata and each participant will get to take some home! Next, we will go through the steps of creating a traditional after-dinner drink, limoncello. Last, but not least, the class will learn how to make a delicious cannoli tart using fresh kumquats.
This will be held in the Culinary Kitchen, within NewBo City Market.
