Cold Shock Proteins: some cold shock proteins are known to help decrease inflammation and support faster wound healing.
Heat Shock Proteins: they may prevent disease-causing mutations, repair damaged and misfolded proteins, and also help release more natural growth hormones.
Studies have shown that the average water temperature for a person’s shower is around 40.5°C (105°F). So a rough calculation would suggest that it takes around 800,000 joules just to heat water for your shower every minute.
