Join us for a community workout and/or walk where wellness meets connections!
Whether You're looking to walk, rocking a weighted vest, or rucking with a pack, this event is all about:

Building Authentic Community
Weekly through August on Wednesday
Workout 6:30pm-7:00pm
(Built for everyone, bring 1 pair of dumbbells if you have them and a mat: cost for workout $5/person)
Walk/Ruck 7:00pm-7:45pm
(Meet under the bridge, please arrive b y 6:15pm for workout or at 6:45pm for the walk/ruck only)
