Limitless Foundations is perfect for someone getting started in a gym environment, or perhaps returning after some time off and in need of structure and focus.You will benefit from the expertise of two coaches working with you through 2x sessions a week over 4 weeks.
Each session will include all 3 elements of our Limitless classes - Move, Lift and Revive.
Designed to blend the perfect ratios of strength, cardio and mobility, this style of training creates strong, lean, flexible bodies and healthier minds.
You will have opportunity to learn at your own pace with the coaches support and encouragement.
The focus is in learning how to:
- Safely perform basic lifting patterns for all major areas of the body to build strength and tone muscle.
- Understand intensity and pace during cardio to boost your all-round fitness.
- Implement useful mobility movements to help prevent niggles and improve flexibility.
By committing to this course, you will notice the difference after 4 weeks, just in time for summer!
After this course you’ll be ready to jump straight into our regular weekly Limitless classes to continue your journey.
