By booking events taking place in Bracknell Forest’s parks and countryside you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Filming and photography

Please be aware that a photographer may have been commissioned by Bracknell Forest Council to take photographs at this event for use in council publicity material.

Images of children and adults taking part in our events may be captured by the organiser or other authorised agents by means of film photography and digital photography. By attending this event you are giving your permission for these images to be used for promotional purposes i.e. distribution on the internet, media publications and corporate publications.

Bracknell Forest Council acknowledges its responsibilities in capturing images by photography under the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998. Where possible and practical to do so (e.g. crowd shots), the council will seek written consent to capture images. Where this is not possible for practical reasons, individuals are deemed to have given their consent by remaining at the event.

Accompanied children

Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. While Bracknell Forest staff and management endeavour to ensure the safety of all visitors, it remains the responsibility of accompanying adults & guardians to supervise the children in their care while participating in events.

Parents and guardians must:

- Remain in attendance at the event at all times

- Monitor their child to ensure that he/she is capable of using the equipment safely, to adhere and understand all safety signs

- Know where their child is and ensure that the child is able to locate them at all times.

Dogs at our events

Unless otherwise stated we welcome dogs at our events, but we respectfully ask that you keep dogs under close control for the safety of the other event participants. This means that any dog off-lead must not jump up at strangers and must return when called by their walker or owner.

Refunds and cancellations

Once purchased, tickets for our events are non-refundable, non-transferable, except when an event is cancelled or rescheduled. Where a refund is due, this will be at the ticket face value.
