We begin to focus on building coordination and strength through skills such as:
• Balancing • Hanging • Jumping • Climbing • Running
All while boosting self-confidence 🌟 and teamwork 🤝 in a safe, positive environment.
Each week brings new challenge stations and obstacle courses 🪜 with the guidance of our awesome coaches.
