“Lightscapes” opens February 6th with an exploration of the relationship between light and landscapes.
Light dances across Laura Reilly’s canvases, capturing fleeting glimpses of passing moments in time. Recent paintings play with the shifting reflections of light on water and as it filters through twisting leaves and wildflowers. Her landscapes are brilliantly saturated with color, giving them luminosity and movement. Her wildflowers vibrate and sway with deep hues.
The gallery is open late until 8 pm February 6th for First Friday Art Walk in Old Colorado City.
“Lightscapes” continues through the end of February.
