The goal of this and the next few weeks will be to not only improve upon our technique, but also set a pace for us to move at that everyone should be able to keep up with.The night's festivities will hopefully run as follows:
7:00 Meet and greet, nerd out, show off, shenanigans...
7:30 Review of "Form 0" to make sure we're all on the same page with defensive positions and attack targets.
8:00 We'll be running drills and exercises to drive home each move until it's ingrained in our muscle memory.
9:00 Sparing practice. This is not competitive, the goal will not be to win, but to focus on proper technique and tempo. Think of the goal to be putting on an impressive display for those watching.
