The workouts start when the lights go out and we can't wait to welcome you all to the new club!
It's been a long time coming and We would love to see you on the day to show you around, take you through a workout, invite new friends and get the L.O.S.O. crew back together!
NZMuscle will be there to provide taste testers, and we'll have some killer deals on supplements on the day, thanks to them!
Here's what to expect:
Doors open at 8am, this will give all of us some time to look around, have a coffee or a pre-workout catch up and get ready for the first adults "DARK SIDE" workout.
9am: "DARK SIDE"
This will be a 50min heavy weights & pumping music vibe!
PB's are definitely welcome!
10am: "BE A BUDDY, NOT A BULLY"
The kids will have their time to shine in our boxing session! Parent's, you will be able to watch them from the Mezzanine floor above, and see how hard your little ones go for 45mins!
11am: "SWEAT"
This is a 50min HIGH INTENSITY, HIGH ENERGY, sweat session! The music will be banging, the ropes, balls and gloves will be flying and you can expect to sweat up a storm! (Bring a towel 😉)
We've been working really hard to make this club a reality and your support has been instrumental! So this means so much to us!
