Hosts Lisa Medley and Justine Harrington are offering a unique experience to get out of your head and into your heart and body.
We’ll use guided meditation, intuitive movement, and journaling prompts to help you quiet your busy mind and create a connection to the lighter and playful parts of yourself.
Our intention is to offer a night of child-like connection, creativity, and fun while offering tools you can bring with you into your daily life. So next time life gets chaotic, you’ll know how to turn down the stress, soften the serious, and remember how to access your lightness of being.
