In this experiential and deep meditation workshop, Andrew Bray of Energy Awaken, will combine leading meditation and energy work. This will be done on the group as a whole and on individuals within the circle.
We are spiritual beings having this human experience. The purpose of the workshop is to have everyone identify and experience with the spiritual being that we are within. We all have lightbodies but we are not necessarily aware of it.
There will be a series of meditations and discussion to help attune multiple aspects of our multidimensional beingness leading up to main meditation.
