Each class you can expect a different theme to help unlock your abundance within. Classes are for all levels and ages.

YWTR @yogawiththeredhead - founded by Carolyn (CJ) Hunter, a 200hr RYT, DC educator and @myfitdc ambassador teaching in the DC area for many years now, prides herself on creating inclusive class environments for 'yogis' at all levels.
cp:yoga @cpyoga.fitness - founded by Caren Plummer, a 200hr RYT, DC native and community builder, teaching in the DC area for 9+ years, is inspired by bringing communities of people together to help them tap into the healing power of movement.
