🎄 Cookstown Chamber of Commerce Light Up Night & Santa Claus Parade 🎅Kick off the holiday season in Cookstown with a magical evening of festive fun, starting with Free Photos with Santa from 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm!
Courtesy of the Chamber and @TrishBeesleyPhotography, families can meet Santa and capture a memorable moment at @The Photographers House. Each family will receive 1 complimentary digital image, sent via email – no sign-up required, just come by and enjoy!
After your visit with Santa, explore our Christmas Market from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Wander through town to discover a wide variety of artisan vendors and crafters in different shops and spaces. A map will be available to help you find each unique vendor.
At 6:00 pm, join us for the annual Tree Lighting Ceremony at the town tree, a beautiful tradition to open the holiday season. Special thanks to the Masonic Lodge for sponsoring the power to light our tree throughout Christmas.
Finally, at 6:30 pm, the Santa Claus Parade will fill Queen St. (Hwy 89) with cheer, lights, and holiday spirit! Hosted by the Cookstown and District Chamber of Commerce, the parade features beautifully lit floats from our members and supporters, and of course, Santa himself will be there to wish everyone a bright and joyful holiday season.
The parade will begin at Home Hardware (61 Queen St.), traveling along Queen St. and ending near the Curling Club and Cookstown Library.
