Remembering loved one’s this festive season 🕯️This festive season we’re inviting our community to remember a loved one by dedicating a light in their memory.
When you dedicate a light on our Christmas tree, as well as making a special tribute to your loved one, you’ll also be helping us ensure we can be there to support patients and families who need us. Whether that’s providing pain relief, care and dignity to someone reaching the end of their life or supporting their families after bereavement.
Everyone is welcome to dedicate a light, whether you have someone you wish to remember at this special time of year, you live in our local community or you are a Hospice supporter.
