Dance Meditation is mindfulness in movement. This retreat takes inspiration from takes inspiration from the changing seasons and the arrival of spring. The music and dances reflect traditions from all over the world. People of all faiths and none are welcome to participate. No dance experience needed and no partner required, we will be dancing in a circle!
