The Hook is teaming up with local comic/host/producer Ira Ford, our friends at Retro Bakery, Zen Arcade, Green Piece Minnesota and twelve very special Midwest comedians to present the inaugural live stand-up showcase/competition - Light ‘em Up, The Bong Show!

This ‘highbred’ comedy event embraces MN cannabis culture by purposely blurring the lines between audience members and performers with an open pre-show smoke-out on the Twin Cities largest cannabis friendly patio at The Hook.

Twelve (12) ‘contender’ comics will compete
telling prewritten and improvisational material. Audience members will hold their lit phones up to judge the winners of each round. Competitors that lose a round have the option to stand down or hit the 'Green Piece' House Bong and enter the line again… and the cycle goes till we get the winners.
