Perfect for beginners who want to build a strong foundation, or intermediate photographers looking to refine their skills, this class focuses on creating light, airy, and visually appealing food images.
Throughout the workshop, Kaitlin will guide you step by step in understanding how to work with light, craft compositions that draw the viewer’s eye, and style your food to highlight colour, texture, and depth. You’ll also explore essential camera settings, giving you the confidence to control exposure, focus, and depth of field in any food photography scenario.
Beyond shooting, you’ll learn basic editing techniques to enhance your images, ensuring your photographs truly capture the beauty of the dishes in front of you. By the end of the session, you’ll walk away with practical skills, creative inspiration, and a portfolio of food photographs that could grace any blog, social media feed, or cookbook.
