Lifts! Tools, fun, support
This one day workshop will aim to give and implement tools for both low, middle and high lifting techniques & exercises and a large amount of trying out, as each body is different.
We will look for playful ways to integrate the lifts, so that our body starts to recognize new pathways in its relationship to up, down, distance, backspace, and spirals.
Open for beginners and more advanced CI practitioners. Bring curiosity & willingness to “trial and error” and some healthy self-awareness as to measure your own boundaries.

We start 12:30 on the dot!
Bring a small snack for a 45 min break in between.
After the workshop you’re invited for a shared potluck inside or outside if the weather is good. So bring something for dinner to share.
The workshop is organized by KimproAarhus and Jori Snell is facilitating. Jori Snell is a physical performing-and visual artist from Holland/Denmark (1972). She works as a freelance performer, improviser, director and teacher, transforming her training in physical thea-tre, contact improvisation (CI), authentic movement, butoh/martial arts and visual arts into a per-sonal language.
