Join us in celebrating Lifted Lotus Yoga Collective's 7th anniversary on 10/10 with a community yoga class followed by a gathering to honor the community we have created together. Come to the yoga class or just the after party or both!
The yoga class will be an all-levels slow flow VinYin style offering where we will connect as a community through breath, guided meditation and movement.
After yoga stay or join us to enjoy treats, refreshments and good conversation with the Lifted collective!
