Ladies, are you ready to embrace a stronger, more vibrant you? Join us for a fun-filled two-hour event just for women in midlife!

Where: Core Fitness, Move Pilates & Yoga, and Keg Grove Brewery
Cost: $50 per person
We’ll kick off with weight lifting training led by the amazing Jen Blair of Core Fitness, and a lively Pilates session with Kellie Franks of Sync Mind Body. Experience the benefits of strength and core training—it’s essential for navigating menopause like a pro!
To top it all off, we’ll head to Keg Grove Brewery for a refreshing beer and lively chats about how to tackle menopause with a smile.
We are so lucky to have Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach Elaine Trosino Wellness join us as our nutrition expert! After cracking the code with her own health challenges, Elaine now coaches women in their pursuit to lose weight, relieve pain and stiffness, boost energy and overcome stress in natural and holistic ways.
