Lift & Flow at Red Bird Brewing – In Support of Mamas for Mamas!
3 local trainers. One epic event.
This isn’t just another workout—it’s a high-energy, feel-good experience where we move, sweat, and connect, all while supporting an incredible local cause.
The Rundown:
🔥 Warm-Up: Ease in with a 10-minute mobility warm up to get your body primed and ready.
💪 Workout: Crush a 45-minute strength session using weights and bands—suitable for all fitness levels!
🧘♀️ Yoga Flow: Wrap it up with a 20-minute stretch and yoga session to leave you feeling strong, refreshed, and restored.
What to Bring:
✔️ Outdoor runners 🏃♀️🏃
✔️ Water bottle 💦
✔️ Yoga mat 🧘♀️ (or a thick towel if you don’t have one!)
✔️ Your best attitude and good vibes 🤙

After the workout, stick around at Red Bird Brewing for for a post-sweat bevvy (beer, mocktail, whatever fuels your soul) and some delicious eats! We’ll be drawing for some epic local prizes—so you won’t want to miss out.
Why We’re Doing This:
This month, we’re proud to be raising funds for Mamas for Mamas, a national charitable organization that supports mothers and caregivers in crisis by providing ongoing support to individuals and families facing various poverty-related struggles. A portion of every ticket sale—along with 100% of raffle proceeds—will go directly to their local programs, helping families in need right here in Kelowna.
