This winter we are slowing things down and inviting you to do the same! Join us for a special class - focused more on mobility, low impact strength with resistance bands and an extended yoga practice. This class will help you to move your body freely, release stress from your mind and offer an hour of peace + relaxation. Stay for light refreshments + connection afterwards!

About the BC SPCA
The BC SPCA plays a vital role in the Okanagan, providing essential care, shelter, and advocacy for animals in need. Every year, thousands of animals rely on the SPCA for safety, medical attention, and the opportunity to find loving forever homes.
What to Bring:
The BC SPCA always appreciates monetary donations, but in-kind contributions are equally impactful:
- Pet Supplies: High-quality pet food (wet and dry), treats, and toys for cats, dogs, and small animals.
- Bedding: New or gently used blankets, towels, and pet beds.
- Cleaning Supplies: Paper towels, non-toxic cleaners, laundry detergent, and disinfectants.
- Other Essentials: Leashes, collars, harnesses, and scratching posts.

Yoga studio is located above lululemon on Bernard Ave. Enter through the door to the right of lululemon and head up the stairs. Door will be open 15 minutes before class.
