LIFT AND LEARN: STRONG WOMEN, STRONG BODIES

Lift & Learn is a free outdoor community event created for women who want to build strength, confidence, and connection in a supportive, judgment-free environment.

This event blends movement and education. You’ll take part in a guided strength-based workout while also learning how to move better, understand your body, and apply simple principles around training, mindset, and nutrition to real life.

You do not need to be an advanced lifter, and this is not a high-intensity bootcamp. The focus is on learning proper form, improving technique, and feeling more confident with strength training. If you already lift, this is a great opportunity to check your form and refine your movement. If you’re newer, you’ll receive clear guidance and modifications.

Each session includes:

  • A short welcome and introduction
  • A purposeful warm-up and activation
  • A strength and core workout using bodyweight and optional dumbbells
  • A cool down and stretching period
  • A brief educational talk focused on mindset, nutrition, or practical strength tips for women

Lift & Learn is also about connection. You’ll be surrounded by women who value strength, growth, and supporting one another — not comparison or competition.

You’ll leave feeling stronger, more informed, and more confident in your body, with tools you can use long after the workout ends.
