Join us for the second session of our Life’s Course: Mindfulness Workshop Series, where we’ll explore how mindful attention techniques can help regulate your nervous system during moments of overwhelm.
While mindfulness can support emotional clarity and focus, chronic or toxic stress can interfere. This session offers women a supportive space to reconnect, reset, and build tools that actually work in real life.
