Meritus Medical Center is offering the Diabetes Prevention Program to help you meet your goals of better health and weight loss. This program has proven to decrease your risk of developing diabetes by over 50%.
Your insurance will pay for coverage of the program and you may have a co-pay.
Join us to find out if this program is right for you! Meet a lifestyle coach who will support you through this journey and help you to better understand healthier eating, how to add physical activity and how to deal with stressors.
Our next info session about the program is Thursday, October 19, 2023 at 6:00pm - 7:00pm.
Program Session will then begin October 26, 2023 6:00p-7:00p for 16 sessions weekly in the first 6 months and then monthly.
