LifePeace: Eden People create the space & time for you to find some rest, peace & focus for today’s living.
Themed focuses each session: November theme is Presents & Presence
The theme is explored using some of the following elements: grounding, breathing, resting meditation, focused spoken meditation, centred meditation, use of objects, visuals, art / creativity, reflective activity meditation, movement, stance, dance, rhythm, reflection, and writing.
Each session is approximatley 1 hour in duration and then there is time afterwards to meet / discuss / reflect with the Eden team. Healing, Insight, Encouragement & Blessing can be requested if time & staff available.
As we all look at the theme, there is Divine interaction with each person as they are in the moment could bring change in the physical body, the mind/emotions and spirit & soul People could encounter peace, healing, affirmation, wellness, wellbeing, gratitude and clarity of mind and MUCH more.
