Join LifeBloom Nutrition and Wellness for a free, biweekly Nutrition Circle designed for women journeying from fertility to postpartum and beyond. Whether you're trying to conceive, pregnant, healing after birth, or raising little ones, this circle is your space to connect, share, and receive expert support.
Led by a registered dietitian and fellow mom, each session includes open conversation, real food nutrition guidance, and—new this season—a recipe swap!
What to Expect
- Conversation around fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum nourishment
- Support grounded in real, whole foods and low glycemic eating, drawing from the evidence-based work of Lily Nichols, Early Life Nutrition Alliance, and other current research in this area

- Recipe Swap: Swap easy, real food recipes that nourish you through pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Got a favorite? Bring it to share—but no pressure!
