Creative Claws, the Creative Writing Program, and the Mass Communication Program will host their biannual Writers Corner & Life Through Word & Lens Showcase where students and faculty share live readings and display portfolios as a culmination of their semester’s work. This year, Abigail Green invites non-enrolled students from the local community to submit works for Writers Corner.Live readings will begin promptly at 6PM. Authors may submit works to [email protected] in Word Document or PDF format.
Meg Smith's digital photography students will have their work exhibited along with portfolio pieces from the audio and video production students. Visitors will have the opportunity to tour the news studio for a behind the scenes look at how students create Cowley College Media. Photographs will be available for purchase. Light refreshments will be served at this free, come-and-go event. Join us in supporting and appreciating our young writers, photographers, and videographers!
