Life of Pi is an epic tale of adventure, perseverance, and hope – described as “The most stunning production ever seen” (Time Out). The Tony and Olivier-award play is making its way to Abu Dhabi’s Etihad Arena from 15-17 November 2024.
After a shipwreck in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, a sixteen-year-old boy named Pi survives on a lifeboat with four companions— a hyena, a zebra, an orangutan, and a Royal Bengal tiger. Told with jaw-dropping visuals, world class puppetry and exquisite stagecraft, Life of Pi creates a breathtaking journey that will leave you filled with awe and joy.

Event Policies
• LIFE OF PI is recommended for ages seven years and up. All adults and children must hold a valid ticket to enter Etihad Arena.
• Venue doors open 1 hour before the show with access to your seats available 30 minutes before the show. Once the performance starts latecomers will be seated at the discretion of management at a suitable break in the performance
• Children under 2 years of age (including babes in arms) will not be admitted into Etihad Arena.
• Under 16's must be accompanied by Adult 21+.
• Strictly no readmission.
• Bags larger than 30x30x15 are not permitted; No storage or cloakroom facilities available.
• Photography or videography is not permitted at any time during the performance, including the use of phones.
• All ticket sales are final. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and are for your personal use only.
• The e-ticket should be kept with you at all times and produced upon request by Arena staff.
• Validation of the ticket holder’s identity may be requested at the Gate. This could take the form of a valid photo ID & the credit card used for purchase.
• In case of cancellation or postponement of the event, the refund of this e-ticket is subject to the terms and conditions of the event organizer.
• Disorderly conduct, noncompliance with security measures, violation of any rules, policies, or regulations, or unauthorized use of this ticket may result in denial of admission or removal of the ticketholder from Etihad Arena.
How to get there
By car: The arena is located in the heart of Abu Dhabi and can be accessed via major highways and roads. If you are coming from downtown Abu Dhabi, you can take Sheikh Zayed Road and follow the signs to the arena.
By public transportation: Etihad Arena is easily accessible by bus. The nearest bus station would be the Al Matar Al Qadeem bus stop which is located approximately 800 meters away.
By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Etihad Arena. It's a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
