Join us Sunday, Oct. 5th | 6-8PM for a special edition of our Sunset Sip & Flow series celebrating Taylor Swift's new album "Life of a Showgirl"
There will be friendship bracelet making, a Glitter & Glam station, fun photo ops & more! And of course there will be an all-levels T-Swift themed sip & flow. All you will need is a mat, blanket, and your favorite Home State beverage or brew!
Whether you're a long-time Swifty or simply looking for a self-care practice, this evening is about more than yoga-it's about embracing yourself, honoring your inner "showgirl", nd letting music guide your movement.🧡
