The cosy, centrally heated space provides the perfect sanctuary to unwind, recharge, and reconnect as the seasons shift. Immersive 90-Minute Sound Bath Guided by James, the session features a soundscape created with crystal bowls, handpans, drums, and chimes. The soothing vibrations and harmonics will help you release stress, rejuvenate your body, and find a deep sense of inner calm. The room’s exceptional acoustics at Festival Hall, combined with its warm, inviting atmosphere, provide the perfect sanctuary for this practice.
